On the Musandam trip 2 days, you will spend the entire day cruising into the Musandam fjords and then have two options to spend the night followed by a mountain safari the next day.

Whether you plan to do a private night cruise or decide to spend a night at a campsite, in both ways, you will love the entire experience and delicious food. You don’t need to worry about anything, as we provide all sleeping arrangements, food, refreshments and toilet, and shower facilities onboard and on the campsite too.

Overnight Beach Camping With Mountain Safari 

Musandam trip 2 days second option comes with full day dhow cruise, a night on the beach camping and followed by a mountain safari next day. The boat will into the Musandam fjords where you will see dolphins, visit the Telegraph and Seebi Islands, and enjoy views of small fisherman village-like Nadifi, Qanaha, Maqlab, Seeb, and Shem. You will be able to enjoy snorkeling and swimming two times, first on Telegraph Island and second on Seebi Island. The boat will come to the campsite by 04:00 pm and our staff will help you to settle down.

The first option for the Musandam trip for 2 days is an onboard sleeping experience where we make all arrangements on the boat deck. You will enjoy all-day cruising in Musandam fjords and by evening the boat will be anchored near Telegraph Island overnight. The boat will return to Khasab port by 09:30 am the next day and then we will leave for an off-road mountain safari directly from the port.

Arrive at the Khasab Musandam Dhow Port, where our friendly crew will welcome you. Prepare to embark on a traditional Omani dhow, a wooden boat offering a unique and authentic cruising experience.

  • 10:00 am – Dhow Cruise Departure from Khasab Port:

The journey begins! Sail through the serene waters of Musandam, surrounded by towering mountains and dramatic fjords. Relax on the open deck, bask in the sun, and enjoy the stunning coastal views as we make our way deeper into the peninsula.

  • 11:00 am – Dolphin Watching on the Way to Fjords:

Keep your eyes peeled for the playful dolphins that often swim alongside the dhow. Enjoy a thrilling dolphin-watching experience as these beautiful creatures leap and dance in the water, a favorite highlight for many visitors.

  • 12:00 pm – Snorkeling and Swimming at Telegraph Island:

Day 2: Mountain Safari Exploration

  • 07:30 am – Breakfast Onboard or at the Campsite:

Begin your day with a hearty breakfast served onboard or at the beach campsite. Enjoy fresh fruits, bread, eggs, and a selection of Omani pastries while watching the sunrise over the mountains.

  • 08:30 am – Arrival at Khasab Dhow Port:

Return to the Khasab Dhow Port, where the second part of your adventure begins. Disembark from the dhow and get ready for an exciting mountain safari.

  • 09:00 am – Departure for Mountain Safari:

Hop into our comfortable 4×4 vehicle with a knowledgeable local guide who will take you through the rugged landscapes of Musandam. Learn about the region’s history, culture, and geology as you journey into the mountains.

  • 09:30 am – Khor Najd Mountain View:

The first stop is Khor Najd, a stunning viewpoint overlooking the fjords and the Arabian Sea. Capture panoramic photos of the dramatic coastline and the dhow routes you cruised the day before. The view from here is truly spectacular and not to be missed!

  • 10:00 am – Bait-Ul-Qufula (House with Old Lock):

Visit the Bait-Ul-Qufula, a traditional stone house with an ancient wooden lock. Learn about the architectural style and how these structures were designed to withstand the harsh desert climate. Your guide will share stories about the local life and customs of the people who once lived here.

  • 11:00 am – Jebel Al Harim (Mountain View):

Continue to Jebel Al Harim, the “Mountain of Women,” Musandam’s highest peak. Enjoy a breathtaking view from the top, where you can see fossils embedded in rocks, remnants of ancient seabeds from millions of years ago. This is an ideal spot for those interested in geology and natural history.

  • 12:30 pm – Return to Khasab Musandam:
