By booking with Gulf Musandam Tours, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which outline our policies on payments, cancellations, liabilities, and services. 1. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be confirmed with full payment or a deposit as specified at the time of booking.
• Payment methods include credit cards, bank transfers, or cash, depending on your preference.
• The booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or receipt from Gulf Musandam Tours.

2. Private Tours – Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 10 days or more before the tour departure will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 07 days before the tour departure will receive a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 07 days before the tour departure.
• In the case of no-shows, no refunds will be issued and neither the amount will be used for the next booking.
• Refunds for weather-related cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

2.1 Changes to Booking

• Any changes to your booking (such as dates or tour details) must be requested at least 72 hours before the tour.
• We will accommodate changes based on availability, but additional charges may apply.

3. Shared Tours – Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the tour departure will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made 48 hours before the tour departure will receive a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In the case of no-shows, no refunds will be issued and neither the amount will be used for the next booking.
• Refunds for weather-related cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

• Guests are responsible for ensuring they are in good health to participate in the tours.
• Certain activities (such as snorkeling, hiking, or dhow cruises) require a basic level of fitness, and participants must follow the safety guidelines provided by the tour guides.
• Gulf Musandam Tours is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur due to non-compliance with safety regulations.

6. Travel Insurance

• We recommend all guests obtain travel insurance to cover any unexpected events such as medical emergencies, cancellations, or lost belongings.
• Gulf Musandam Tours is not responsible for any financial loss or inconvenience caused by unforeseen circumstances.

7. Liability

• While we strive to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, Gulf Musandam Tours is not responsible for any delays, accidents, or unforeseen incidents caused by third-party providers, including transportation companies or accommodation services.
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel tours due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, guests will be offered alternative arrangements or a refund.

8. Code of Conduct

• We expect all guests to respect local customs, laws, and the environment during their tours.
• Any misconduct, including harassment or property damage, may result in immediate termination of the tour without a refund, and if required legal action will be taken accordingly.

9. Photography and Media Use

• By joining a Gulf Musandam Tour, you consent to photography or videography that may be used for promotional purposes.
• If you do not wish to appear in such media, please inform us in advance or while photographing.

10. Privacy Policy

• Gulf Musandam Tours values your privacy. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary for booking purposes.
